All keepsake trunks are custom-made and therefore final sale — we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been fulfilled.

However, orders may be cancelled at any time prior to fulfillment. If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate your request before production begins.
