1. Introduction

Welcome to Favorite Chapter ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at shopfavoritechapter.com and any purchases you make from us, including our keepsake trunks. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or place an order.

2. Products

Our keepsake trunks are custom, made-to-order items. Each trunk is produced specifically for the customer based on the options, materials, and/or personalization selected at the time of order. Because these products are made to order, production timelines, materials, and finished appearance may vary slightly from photos shown on our site.

3. Ordering & Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is charged at the time the order is placed. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been successfully submitted. Please review your order carefully, including any customization details, before completing checkout, as this information is used to produce your item.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to fulfillment. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at shopfavoritechapter@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has entered fulfillment or production, it can no longer be cancelled.

5. Returns & Refunds

All keepsake trunks are final sale once fulfilled. Because each trunk is custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds after production has begun or the order has shipped. If you believe you received a defective or damaged item, please see Section 7 below.

6. Production & Shipping

Estimated production and shipping timeframes will be provided at checkout or in your order confirmation. Shipping carriers, methods, and delivery estimates may vary based on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once an order has left our facility.

7. Product Care & Warranty

Care instructions, where applicable, will be included with your order or provided upon request. If your trunk arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at shopfavoritechapter@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including designs, logos, images, and text, is the property of Favorite Chapter and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Favorite Chapter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kentucky, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Kentucky, USA.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
